Insurance Policy

Private Practice Philosophy:    Dr. Mary Wyant is not any of the insurance plans. She can provide you with a receipt as an out-of-network provider that you can submit to your insurance provider. She cannot promise you reimbursement, so please check with your insurance carrier. Payment is due at your appointment, cash, checks, or credit cards are accepted.

Fees

Payment is generally accepted at the time of the appointment, however established patients with routine appointments may be billed monthly.  Cash, checks, HSA accounts, and VISA, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
